Data The data gathered by Trans-Forum Research will be encrypted,
stored on a secure server, and password protected. When you complete and submit a survey,
any identifying information will be separated from the data and be kept private;
researchers will not have access to this information. Any sort of report published from
data provided by a participant, will not include information that will make it possible to
identify them. We will collect your responses to the study questions. We may also collect
non-identifying information about the time it took you to complete a study and the
Internet Protocol (IP) address of the domain you used. Information

Disclaimer Trans-Forum Research DOES NOT share personal information with
third-parties. Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on your computer tied to
information about you. On the Trans-Forum Research site, usage of a cookie is in no way
linked to any personally identifiable information. We may use session ID cookies. For the
session ID cookie, once you close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. This allows
us to understand how long it has taken participants to complete a study, as well as
provide useful ways to let participants know which sections of the studies have been
completed successfully. Log
Files Like most standard web site servers we use log files. This
includes IP addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp,
and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track participants' movements
overall, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use, for example, what
percentage of visitors used Microsoft I.E. as their browser. Information in these log
files (e.g., IP addresses) are not linked to personally identifiable information. Refer
a Friend If you elect to use our referral service for informing a
friend about the Trans-Forum Research site, we will ask for your friend's name and email
address. Trans-Forum Research will automatically send this friend a one-time email
inviting them to visit the site. Trans-Forum Research does not store this information --
it is used for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. This list will not be
shared with anyone. Security
The Trans-Forum Research web site takes every precaution to
protect our participants' information. If you submit sensitive information via the web
site, information is protected both online and off-line. When we ask you for sensitive information (such as your
response to a sensitive question or your email address), this information is encrypted and
is protected with the best encryption software - SSL. While on a secure page, the lock
icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet
Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'.
